The Action

The Action

The cost of the proposed Master Plan is approximately $37.5 Million with $24 Million proposed for Phase 1 and $13.5 Million for Phase 2. Our needs are both great and immediate.

It is our belief that Phase 1 will assist us in “catching up” with our need and provide us an opportunity for growth in the next 5 years.

Phase 2 will position FBC for the future, and provide growth opportunities that will help us maximize the potential of our campus.

The Gathering Place will consist of space that will be easy for everyone to access.  (click image to enlarge)

Although paying for the proposed Master Plan seems imposing, thankfully, FBC has also been blessed by a dramatic increase in Budget.

Offerings over the past 15 years, increasing from $1.2 Million in 1992 to more than $7.8 Million in 2007.

We are proposing that Phase 1 of the Master Plan be financed through a combination of a Capital Stewardship Campaign to raise $16 Million and debt financing to cover the remaining funds that are needed.
