Preschool Ministry
|
At First Baptist Concord our goal is to teach children who God is. We are focused on teaching and training, and are not “baby sitting” pre-school children. First Baptist Concord provides a secure environment for parents and children, and staffs our ministry with loving, caring workers and leaders. Because faith development is a full-time job for parents, we provide ministry opportunities for families of preschoolers six days per week. Weekly Schedule
Discovery Landing is a child care program that is available during the school week for activities held on campus such as aerobics and Bible Studies. We do require that the parent or guardian stay on campus.
Fee
- $3 per hour for one child.
- $4 per hour for two or more children.
Hours
- Monday through Friday from 8 AM - 12 PM (follows the Knox County school schedule).

- Kingston Pike Campus, Family Life Center Nursery, Room G101.

Preschool Bible Fellowship
Our goal in the Preschool Ministry is to provide your child with a loving, safe and happy learning environment. We will teach God's love through stories, activities and learning centers. We want you to relax in Sunday Morning Bible Fellowship and experience worship with the knowledge that we will take the best possible care of your child. In return, we would like for you to become involved and volunteer to help out in the Preschool Ministry.
Sunday Morning Schedule:
- 8 AM Birth - Pre-K
- 9 AM Birth - Pre-K
- 10:30 AM Birth - Pre-K
Preschool classes are located in the "PC" building Top Floor. Campus Map.
A visitor welcome center is located downstairs in the "PC" building Top Floor, where parents will be assisted in finding their children's classroom.
Sunday Evening Schedule:
- 6 PM - 7:15 PM: Birth-Pre-K: Childcare is provided during the evening worship service.

Looking for a place to serve, a place to feel loved and needed? Look no further! Preschool is the place!
Preschool classes are staffed with volunteers of all ages. All parents and other church members are encouraged to serve on a rotating basis.
